Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and technical details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the battery or electronic component in its original anti-static packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated electronics inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
